A Chiropractic Neurologist is a licensed chiropractor who has gone on to obtain further education to achieve a specialty that focuses on optimizing the function of the nervous system using science- based non-pharmaceutical methods. The Chiropractic Neurologist must complete a specific three-year, 300 hour post-graduate fellowship in the field of neurology. This is the same level of training that the medical neurologists receive with much more emphasis on neurophysiology and functional rehabilitation. In addition, subsequent written, practicum, and oral examinations conducted by the American Chiropractic Neurology Board must be passed to attain active licensure. The ACNB is recognized by the American Chiropractic Association Council on Neurology and is fully accredited by the National Commission for Certification Agencies (NCCA), and the accreditation body of the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA). The Chiropractic Neurologists at SRCNC received rigorous training in order to be prepared to treat you with confidence, scientific knowledge, and highly personalized care.
