Dr. F. Blake Ambridge, D.C., D.A.C.N.B.
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR

A California native and graduate of Brigham Young University, Dr. F. Blake Ambridge obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1987 from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic where he graduated Cum Laude and received his colleges top honors and Presidents Award. While attending Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, Dr. Ambridge received other various awards and honors for outstanding leadership, service, and academics.

He completed a 3-year postdoctoral neurology course sponsored by Logan College of Chiropractic, and successfully passed examinations leading to the certification of Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. He successfully completed three internships, two in Switzerland and one in Prague, where he studied under Karel Lewit, M.D. and Vladimir Janda, M.D., who are credited for advancements in neurology, rehabilitation of neurological conditions, and manual therapy. Dr. Ambridge received advanced certification in the diagnosis and treatment of learning disabilities and behavioral disorders by the Carrick Institute for Postdoctoral Education.

Dr. Ambridge specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of various neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. He serves as a member of the scholarship board of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and Southern California University of Health Sciences. He is a BACKSAFE Consultant and serves as a Certified Injury Prevention Consultant.

Dr. Chrysa Caulfied, D.C., C.C.N
CERTIFIED CLINICAL NUTRITIONIST

A California native, Dr. Chrysa Caulfield moved to Sonoma County in 2006 from Menlo Park where she had a private practice. Dr. Caulfield graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with summa cum laude honors from Palmer Chiropractic College West. She continues her education through post-graduate classes in chiropractic, neurology, and nutrition. She also holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.

Dr. Caulfield is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and is also pursuing a post-doctorate degree in chiropractic neurology. She is certified in First Line Therapy, a lifestyle program for maximizing health and wellness.

Dr. Caulfield uses her knowledge of physiology and nutritional deficiencies to identify the root cause of health problems. Her professional passion is to assist others in achieving and maintaining excellent health through chiropractic neurology, lifestyle changes, and targeted nutritional supplementation.

Dr. F. Blake Ambridge has been a licensed Chiropractor since 1987.  He is the Director of the Santa Rosa Chiropractic Neurology Center and the Sonoma County Learning Enhancement Center.
