Please remember to move daily.  Many people are self isolating and socially distancing due to Covid-19, but please remember that exercise can help you stay healthy.  There are some great fitness instructors that offer free online tutorials and workouts.  Find a workout that fits your current fitness level and fitness goals and start a daily practice of exercise.  You will find yourself better able to handle stress and fight off illness.
